Multi Modal District

This 44 acre parcel is owned by the International Falls Economic Development Authority and is located in close proximity to the MD&W rail line, the CN rail line and the industrial truck route.  Utilities, including a rail spur, are being implemented into the site this summer.  Ideal for manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, repackaging and assembly.  Site is in close proximity of the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), an 80 acre site ideal for similar uses.  The Multi Modal District will also have FTZ status soon.

Donahue Property
